West End Blaze

FIRE crews were called to a blaze at the West End Cafe in Gallowgate on Friday evening.

Local retained firefighters attended the fire after the alarm was raised at around 6.40pm.

The shop was open and there were customers being served at the time the fire started.

At the time of writing fire crews were still on the scene and the Gallowgate has been closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
