s1bute gets its very own Community Correspondent

We're very pleased to say that Kaz Molloy has agreed to become Community Correspondent for s1bute.
Kaz is an active member of the community and is well known and liked on the island. She has lived on Bute for seven-and-a-half years and is involved with several local community groups (the Monday art group; Bute Players, the drama group, the TMSA, to name a few) and has contacts in many others, so she feels that she has her "finger on the pulse" of what is happening on the island!
s1bute is still an open forum for anyone who lives on the island to talk about Bute life - if you live on Bute then this site is yours to post to.
But we're delighted that Kaz has agreed to give us a hand by collecting and posting snippets of local news. It's a real service that Kaz is doing for Bute, and we're extremely grateful. She isn't a professional journalist, just a member of the community doing her bit.
Kaz said: "Community is what Bute is all about - and that's also what s1bute is all about. This is the perfect place for people to post their news and information about events to let everyone know what's happening in their community."
