Bute ferries hit as severe storms batter Scotland

Due to the gale force winds hitting Scotland, ferries to and from Bute have been cancelled as storms batter the area.

Weymss Bay to Rothesay ferries were cancelled on the morning of Thursday 8th December - and there are "there are no more scheduled sailings on this route for the remainder of the day". See the CalMac website for more updates.
