The Discover Bute Landscape Storytelling Project is holding a festival of stories from the 25th to the 28th of June. There are events for all ages and interests.

Big Wee Story Festival

25th - 28th June

Thursday 25th 7.30pm - 10pm

Informal stories and song in the Black Bull.

Friday 26th 3.00pm

Stories from the history of Bute in Rothesay Castle.

Saturday 27th 3.00pm - 5pm

Stories for older kids at the Storytelling Tree.

(Next to the Discovery Centre)

Sunday 28th 1pm & 2pm

Stories for younger children at Ardencraig Gardens.

Sunday 28th 3pm & 4pm

Family stories at Ettrick Bay.

Sunday 28th June, 7.30pm

Story Project Showcase at the Discovery Centre

An evening of entertainment featuring Bute stories, The Tale Spinners, the Phoenix group and guests along with some examples of the work of local children.

All events are free.
