Rothesay Music is a specialist retailer, importer and distributor of musical instruments, sound equipment, strings and accessories. We supply worldwide to the public via our website and to the trade (Trade sales by prior appointment only)  Our showroom on the Isle Of Bute opened in February 2010.

  • Stringed instruments by National Resophonic, Fluke Ukes, Ohana Ukes, , Composite Acoustics, Goldtone mandolins, guitars and banjos, Eastwood guitars, McNally instruments, Della Arte Gypsy Guitars, Paris Swing Mandolins, Recording King guitars, Kala Ukes. Plus an ever changing range of vintage and pre-owned instruments. 
  • Percussion, including De Gregorio, Katho, Akanga, Waltons, LP, Claddagh.
  • Irish whistles by Dixon, Shaw, Waltons, Feadog, and Susato.
  • Accordions by Stephanelli and Crucianelli
  • Strings by Adamas, D'Addario, Martin, Darco, Aquila, Worth

  • We also offer a PA hire/consultancy/installation service.
