18.00 - 19.00 ~ Theatre Arts
19.00 - 20.15 ~ Adult Box Fit

Friday:
10.00 - 11.00 ~ Box Fit for Mum’s “New”
18.00 - 19.00 ~ Kid’s Fit Camp “New”
19.00 - 20.15 ~ Adult Box Fit

Sunday:
11.00 - 12.00 ~ AB Attack (Total AB Workout)“New”
12.00 - 13.00 ~ Tot’s Tap & Ballet
13.00 - 14.00 ~ Junior Tap & Ballet

“New” Classes will commence September 1st 2009.

All Classes are held in main hall of 292 Club unless otherwise stated.

1930 - 2045 - Adult Box Fit

Wednesday's: 

1000-1100 - Kean Ladies Keep Fit (held in the Moat Centre)

1700-1800 - Junior Cheer

1800-1930 - Junior Street

1930-2030 - Adult Street

Thursday's: 

1800-1900 - Theatre Arts

1900-2015 - Adult Box Fit

Friday's: 

1815 -1915 - Ab Attack

Sunday's:

1200-1300 - Tot's Tap & Ballet

1300-1400 - Junior Tap & Ballet

1400-1500 - Showcase Practice

All classes are held in the 292's main hall unless otherwise stated.

S.A.D.C. is sponsored by Ardbeg Lodge Hotel.

All pupils of Sam's Dance Academy participate in many fundraising events throughout the year, these will be advertised in Buteman and/site.  Help us help others.
