Port Bannatyne Moorings Association represents the owners of licensed moorings in Kames Bay, Port Bannatyne.
The PBMA registers moorings on behalf of owners with the Crown Estate and negotiates the best possible terms for PBMA members.

We are receiving numerous requests to lay moorings in Port Bannatyne.
Please note that we have limited space and are fast approaching maximum capacity. When we reach our limit of 100 licensed moorings, then further applications will be placed on a waiting list in the order that they are received.
15th December 2010
Seventeen unlicensed moorings have now been lifted by the Crown Estate and removed to a place of safety. Any enquiries regarding these moorings should be addressed to Rothesay Police Station who can give further information.
All members will receive notice of the AGM which will be held early at the beginning of the 2011 boating season. 2010
The Crown Estate have advised that they will be inspecting all moorings in Kames Bay during 2011. All untagged moorings will be marked for removal without further notice. If you have a licensed mooring and have not yet attached your mooring tag, please do so without delay, otherwise you may find that your mooring has been removed by the Crown Estate.
